Returns and exchanges
Your money will be refunded in full if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Notify the store at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of the item of your dissatisfaction, and you will be issued a refund.
In case of damage during shipping, you will be sent a replacement for the damaged item by emailing the address above within 5 days of receipt.
All orders are shipped within 2 days unless the item being ordered is a knitted item, needing to be knitted, a custom, non-knitted order, or a bulk (10 or more) order. We ship through USPS and use First Class Package Services if possible to keep costs as low as possible.
