Returns and exchanges

Your money will be refunded in full if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Notify the store at within 30 days of receipt of the item of your dissatisfaction, and you will be issued a refund.

In case of damage during shipping, you will be sent a replacement for the damaged item by emailing the address above within 5 days of receipt.


All orders are shipped within 2 days unless the item being ordered is a knitted item, needing to be knitted, a custom, non-knitted order, or a bulk (10 or more) order. We ship through USPS and use First Class Package Services if possible to keep costs as low as possible.
